Terms & Policies.

Booking & Cancellations:

We require a credit card to hold your appointment time. You will not be charged until your appointment is complete. If you have a gift card, you must bring it with you and it can be used as a method of payment at the end of your massage. A credit card will still be required to book and hold your appointment.

You may change or cancel your appointment up 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation less that 24 hours, or a no-show will result in a 50% charge on your credit.

Check In & Late Arrival:

Please arrive at our facilities 15 minutes prior to the start of your massage. If you’re running late, we cannot extend your appointment by the amount you missed, your appointment will still end at the designated time.

Medical Concerns:

It's your responsibility to disclose any and all medical conditions which may be affected by massage pressure, lotions used, aroma scents, and any fabrics or textiles used throughout your massage. These conditions may include allergies. 

Prenatal Term Requirement:

Expecting mothers need to be at least 12 weeks into their pregnancy before they can receive a prenatal massage.
