Yoga and Massage Membership:

1. The monthly credits for your 60-minute massage and 30-minute alternative healing session (i.e. Reiki, Crystal Grid Healing, Channelling, etc) do not roll over and are non-transferrable. These credits do not include gratuity for your therapist.

2. All massage cancellation and change policies still apply.

3. Additional massages, workshops, pop-up events, and retail purchases are provided at a 10% discount for members.

4. Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of month each month unless otherwise noted.

5. All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through under any circumstances.

6. A credit/debit card must be used for the first month’s payment.  Memberships can’t be set up without a card on file.

7. Yoga and Massage Members may terminate membership at any time. 

8. Members may put membership on hold for up to three months if they have circumstances that prevent them from attending classes.

9. All memberships will renew automatically month to month.  For cancellations, holds, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify Revive Bodywork via email at info@rbwdenver.com. In turn, Revive Bodywork will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account. Members agree that Revive Bodywork could take up to 72 business hours to respond. Once a member has submitted an email request for any changes to membership, it is the member's responsibility to ensure that Revive Bodywork has responded back on the same email account to confirm processing the request. Revive Bodywork is in no way, under any circumstances, responsible for member’s negligence in checking their own bank statements to ensure that membership changes, holds, or cancellations have been processed correctly. In the event of miscommunication a member is responsible to produce a copy of their request and response from Revive Bodywork for review. In the event that a member cannot produce a copy of e-mail correspondence with Revive Bodywork then Revive Bodywork is not obligated to, nor will refund under any circumstances, dues debited from the member's account.

Unlimited Yoga Membership:

1. Membership dues are $75 per month after your initial month at $15.

2. Registration for classes is encouraged as class sizes are limited and we want to ensure your space is reserved!
