Dedicated to the pursuit of health and wellness since 2006, Lindsay began her wellness journey as a personal trainer, group fitness and yoga instructor before moving into Massage Therapy. With a jumpstart on anatomy and physiology, she was able to cultivate her massage style with intuition, healing touch and talent to manifest body/mind harmony. Lindsay thrives to positively impact lives daily, both mentally and physically.
